Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add turkey, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Stir in tomatoes and beans, bring to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- - Serve 1.5 cups per portion warm.
