  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
  3. 1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  4. 1 onion , chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  7. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add turkey, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. - Stir in tomatoes and beans, bring to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  3. - Serve 1.5 cups per portion warm.
