  2. 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (plant-based for vegan)
  3. 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, heat coconut milk until warm, sprinkle gelatin over it, and let sit for 5 minutes; stir in maple syrup until dissolved.
  2. Pour into a silicone mold (8 slots) and chill for 4 hours until set.
  3. Serve chilled.
