Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mixed fruit (e.g., berries, diced apple)

Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil.
- Add quinoa, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until tender and water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, fluff with a spoon, and divide into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1/2 cup mixed fruit, drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup if desired, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
