Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted coconut oil, almond butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Spoon mixture evenly into 8 cups of a small muffin tin or silicone mold (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Freeze for at least 1 hour until set.
- Remove from mold and serve 2 bombs per plate chilled.
Storage
