Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. - Spread pork rinds on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  3. - Top with salsa, sprinkle with black pepper, divide onto two plates, and serve warm.
