Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup canned tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - In a medium pot over medium heat, heat tomato soup with black pepper, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- - Spread olive oil on one side of each slice of bread, place cheese between two slices (oil side out), and cook in a medium skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
