  1. 4 slices whole grain bread
  2. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1 cup canned tomato soup
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - In a medium pot over medium heat, heat tomato soup with black pepper, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  2. - Spread olive oil on one side of each slice of bread, place cheese between two slices (oil side out), and cook in a medium skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  3. - Serve 1 sandwich with 1 cup of soup per portion warm.
