Ingredients
- 8 ounces boneless chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
- Stir in kale and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
Storage
