Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (sugar-free for Paleo/Keto)
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- - Season ribs with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper; place in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and roast for 1.5-2 hours until tender; brush with BBQ sauce and roast uncovered for 15 minutes.
