  4. 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  5. 12 ladyfinger cookies

Directions

  1. - In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar, then fold in mascarpone.
  2. - Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer half in an 8x8 inch dish; spread half the cream mixture over them, repeat layers, and dust with cocoa powder; refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. - Serve chilled.
