Ingredients
- 8 ounces turkey sausage, ground (sugar-free for Whole30)
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add turkey sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
- Add zucchini and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
Storage
