Ingredients
- 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls), soaked in water for 4-6 hours then drained
- 1/2 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil.
- Add cumin seeds and sauté until they sizzle, about 1 minute.
- Add chopped green beans, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until beans soften.
- Stir in soaked and drained sabudana and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and divide into two bowls.
- Serve warm.
Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
