  2. 1 cup zucchini, diced
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
  3. Add diced zucchini, salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Divide into two bowls and serve hot.
