  2. 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork, mixing in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay out 4 turkey slices, spread 1/4 of the avocado mixture on each slice.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly.
  4. Serve 2 roll-ups per plate at room temperature or chilled.
