Directions

  1. - Drain soaked sabudana and pat dry.
  2. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and toast cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
  3. - Add peanuts and sabudana, cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy, stirring often.
  4. - Season with salt, cool, and serve 1/2 cup per portion.
